Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To enable waste water to be discharged at a position deeper than a sea area where a fishery product is cultivated by providing a waste water treatment facility in the neighborhood of a coast, and extending a discharge pipe into sea water for discharging the waste water. CONSTITUTION:Waste water treated with a waste water treatment facility is used as intermediate water to save city water and reduce the amount of the treated water to be discharged into sea 3. In this case, the treated water is discharged to a sea area 3b deeper than a cultivating sea area 3a through a discharge pipe 1 extended into sea. Also, the waste water is discharged into the deep sea area 3b, thereby preventing the effect of the waste water on cultivated fishery products due to a drop in the concentration of sea water components. Also, the waste water when treated is aerated to increase the concentration of dissolved oxygen.
