TIMING PULSE GENERATING CIRCUIT AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT WITH THE SAME

PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive timing pulse generating circuit capable of correctly generating timing pulses over plural test periods and an electronic equipment provided with the generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:This system is constituted of a start time counter 2 for starting a counting operation by newly setting up start time at every test period, and when a counted value reaches the start time, outputting a start signal for instructing the output start of a timing pulse, an end time counter 5 for outputting an end signal for starting counting operation by newly setting up end time at every test period, and when a counted value reaches the end time, outputting an end signal for instructing the output end of a timing pulse and a pulse generator 7 for generating timing pulses based upon the start and end signals outputted from both the counters 2, 5.
