CONSTITUTION:A vertical rotating shaft 2, an impeller mounting bracket 5 vetically arranged at a position different from the axial center of the shaft 2, connected to the shaft 2 and rotated around the axial center of the shaft 2, plural small-sized inclined flat blades 6 fixed to the side face of the bracket 5 and generating a downward flow and a large-sized vertical flat blade 7 fixed to the lower end of the bracket 5 are provided in an agitated tank 1.
