SPORTS BALL AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To provide the sports ball combined and provided with such features as excellent strength, durability and soft feeling being suitable for use of a volleyball or dodgeball game, etc., an the manufacturing method being capable of producing its sports ball in large quantities by a simple process. CONSTITUTION:The sports ball is constituted of a hollow spherical tube 1, a covering layer 4 for covering the outside peripheral surface of the tube 1 by a high polymer film 3 which does not allow such an adhesive agent solution as a latex water solution and a rubber adhesive solution to transmit through substantially or a paper-like object which does not allow the adhesive solution to transmit through substantially in the same way, a reinforcing layer 7 formed by a cloth piece 5 to the outside peripheral surface of this covering layer 4 with an adhesive, or sticking a thread-wound layer with the adhesive, and a skin 8 formed by sticking it to the outside peripheral surface of this reinforcing layer 7.
