Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce the hanging tensile force of a long object hung from marine construction when the marine construction is vertically displaced. CONSTITUTION:A supporter 2 provided with a positive control power generator 4 is provided on the marine construction 1. A long object 3 is hung from the supporter 2 through a rope. A displacement amount Z-ZS at the time of relatively displacing the marine construction 1 and the long object 3 and vertical moving speed Z1 of the long object 3 are calculated. The calculated relative displacement amount Z-ZS and the vertical moving speed Z1 of the long object 3 are fed back to the supporter 2, supporting stress is applied to the supporter 2, and the tensile force is reduced and controlled.
