PLANT MONITORING CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To limit a range of a monitoring operation by a manager's level and to facilitate the monitoring operation, and also, to improve safety of the monitoring operation by inserting a memory card consisting of manager information and plant control information determined in advance. CONSTITUTION:In a magnetic stripe part 10 of a memory card 9, manager information and plant control information are accumulated, and read by an input part 1. The read card data is classified into management information or plant information, and stored in an address table or a security table of a memory part 2. In the case a deciding part 3 outputs a control permitting signal, an operation control signal is outputted from a control part 4. Also, in an operating part 5, an operation control signal is outputted to a plant apparatus, based on the card data. By allowing a card reader to read the memory card, a management level is determined by the card data, controllable apparatus information is read out of a storage device, and a control signal is outputted to an operating part and a controller.
