Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a temperature measurement device which issues less erroneous alarms even in the case where noise exists or temperature gradually changes in day and night. CONSTITUTION:Detection parts 5, 6, 7 and 8, for detecting minimum, maximum, means and area values, respectively, of the temperature image data obtained by imaging with an infrared ray camera 1, and a duration time measuring part 9 that measures duration time when respective values become abnormal, are provided, and an alarm is issued when the time exceeds the tolerance. Further, a speed change measuring part 10 that measures speed change of respective values minimum, maximum, means and area is provided, and when the speed is out of the tolerance, an alarm is issued.
