CONSTITUTION:A slip clutch comprises a clutch disc 32 made of ferromagnetic body fixed on a drive shaft 4, a slip plate 34 made of ferromagnetic body, fixed to a driven shaft 10, and closely attached to and slid on the clutch disc 32, an exciting means 36 for magnetizing the slip plate 34 according to the supplied exciting current, and a means for varying the exciting current.
