Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain the subject elastomer consisting of a specific polyether diol component, an organic diisocyanate and an organic diol, having antithrombotic properties and excellent in mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION:This elastomer consists of 1mol polyester diol component of an A-B-A type block copolymer (preferably having 1000-5000 number-average molecular weight) of (A) a polyoxyethylene having preferably 20-60% content and (B)Q polyoxytetramethylene, preferably 2.5-20 mol organic diisocyanate and 1.5-20 mol organic dial segment and has preferably 4-20 molar ratio of hard segment (hydrogen bondable part)/soft segment (rubber-like matrix part) and preferably 1500-4500 number-average molecular weight and 20000-60000 molecular weight.
