Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To make a work object in the external wall surface of a building, even when the building is formed with a recessed part of large depth needless to say a building formed with a shallow recessed part in the external wall surface, while storing work part space in limited space in a cage main unit, by largely pushing out the work part space near the cross sideward of the case main unit, as necessary. CONSTITUTION:A turning frame 7 is provided turnably about the vertical shaft center in the vicinity of a lengthwise direction central part of a cage main unit 6 of rectangular shape as viewed in plank, and a work frame 12 provided with work part space 11 in the one end side and a balance frame 14 provided with a balance weight W in the other end side are slidably provided in the lengthwise direction relating to the turning frame. Further, a slide means 16, by which the work frame and the balance frame are moved to rebelliously approach and separate, is provided over the work frame and the balance frame.
