Besides, a finish grinding device 9 is equipped with a hollow sylindrical grinding tool 8 having a smaller grain size than the grinding wheel 7 and further grinds the spherical surface 17 of the work 6 having undergone grinding with the recessed circumferential surface of the grinding wheel 7.
