Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE: To uniformly form a positive photosensitive corrosion-resistant film by applying a specified positive photosensitive corrosion-resistant film to a base body provided with a conductive surface by electrodeposition. CONSTITUTION: The positive photosensitive corrosion-resistant film is indicated by a formula. In the formula, a repetition unit indicated by (m) indicates 0 or 1-4 and (n) indicates the integer of 1-20. R indicates an alkyl group or the like or a carboxylic acid group and the group is the same or different group when the (m) is larger than 1. R indicates the residue of organic diol remaining after the removal of two hydroxyl groups. R indicates the residue of carboxylic acid after the removal of the carboxylic acid group and at least one kind of the R, R and R contains an amino group or the carboxylic group.} is included. It is electrodeposited on a copper clad lamination anode and an electrodeposition layer is formed. Thereafter, when irradiation is performed through a positive transparent picture for image formation by using mercury halide lamp, the clear positive transparent images are obtained.
