Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To speedily and efficiently image a lithography printing plate by using a laser equipment operating at the power level of a low to middle order. CONSTITUTION: These device and method are for imaging the lithography printing print by using a laser device discharging near an infrared area and this plate is proper for imaging by the device and method. A laser output ablates at least one plate layer or physically deforms a surface layer. A desirable output is obtained by guiding an infrared laser discharged from a laser diode 500 through a slit 502 and the other openings and lens systems 520, 525, 530 and 535. In any case, pattern generation concerning an image is obtained as a result on the plate. Image generation shows compatibility different from an unexposed area with respect to ink or an ink sticking preventing liquid.
