ADHEREND COLLECTOR FOR CONTROL ROD IN REACTOR

PURPOSE:To facilitate operation while shortening the work time by allowing a tool itself to be secured to a fuel assembly independently from a fuel handling tool. CONSTITUTION:The adherend collector comprises an adherend collecting tool 40 and an adherend collection/separation system 53. The adherend collecting tool comprises an upper section fixing part 44 for supporting the upper end part of a supporting rod 43 movably back and forth and to the right and left on the platform 42 of a used fuel pit crane 41, a lower section fixing part 45 coupled movably to the right and left to the lower end part of the supporting rod and clamping the used fuel assembly, and a sampling head 52 having a suction hole being supported movably up and down with a scraper being fixed thereto. Means for manipulating the movement of the lower end of the supporting rod in right and left direction, clamping operation of the lower section fixing part, and vertical movement of the sampling head is also provided at the upper end part of the supporting rod.
