SAND BAG MANUFACTURING CAR

PURPOSE:To manufacture automatically a large number of sand bags in succession by mechanical power from bagging to binding by providing devices for bagging of earth, measuring, binding, withdrawing, etc., on a traveling car. CONSTITUTION:A large number of sand-bags 10 are skewered to a storing bar 11 in advance. First of all, the sand-bags 10 are pulled out one by one, and their openings are opened in the shape of a square. After that, earth is thrown by means of a screw conveyer 6. After a constant amount of earth is thrown, the screw conveyer 6 is stopped by a limit switch 18. At the same time, a buzzer is sounded. Then, the sand-bags 10 are removed from the storing bar 11, they are put on a tail receiving plate 33, and draw strings 34 of the sand-bags 10 are hooked on a withdrawal hook 35. After that, necks of the sand-bags 10 are closed by an automatic binding device 31. Then, a withdrawal cylinder device 47 is extended, and sand-bags are dropped to the outside of a machine body from a bending section 49 of the front end of a guide frame 48.
