Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To provide a paint capable of sustaining the release of a vapor phase (gas) from an antibacterial agent as long as possible. CONSTITUTION:An antibacterial agent such as hinokitiol is encapsulated in a permeable microcapsule prepared of a film material of gelatin, ureas, melamines, urethanes, etc., with or without vaporization controlling pretreatment. The microcapsules are formulated together with an ink or a paint to make the antibacterial agent sustainingly releasable. This method allows to control the releasing period of the vapor phase of the antibacterial agent in some degree and to extend the releasing period up to 2 to 3 times of the period attained before. In the case of this method, the process loss of the antibacterial agent is little and concequently, the deteriorating effect to a working environment is small and the production of a microcapsule product having a concentrated antimicrobial agent is enabled. Further, the ink, the paint, etc., mixed with the microcapsules are applicable to a desired material having a desired shape. |
