Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To manufacture a laminated molded form having a foamed layer by connecting a surface mounting material to a base material without using adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A surface mounting material 1 is connected to a base material 2 by an anchoring action obtained by intruding foamable parts 1d, 1d of an unfoamed resin layer to the material 2 and curing it by using the material 1 having the layer on a rear surface side, forming the layer and bringing it into pressure contact with the material 2 at the ambient temperature.
