PHOTOSOLDER RESIST EXPOSING METHOD

PURPOSE:To easily confirm the alignment of a printed board with a mask for printing before performing exposure work by providing a reference mark smaller than a reference mark provided on the printed board on the mask for printing. CONSTITUTION:The reference mark 5 which is large enough to be easily visually confirmed is provided on the printed board 1. On the mask 2 for printing, the reference mark 6 which is smaller than the reference mark 5 on the printed board is provided at a position corresponding to the reference mark 5. At the time of performing photosolder resist exposure work, a reference pin is inserted through a reference hole on the board 1 and a reference hole on the mask 2 so as to match both of them. At such a time, when the marks 5 and 6 are viewed from above, the shape of the mark 6 is the same as that of the mark 5 and the mark 6 is smaller in size than the mark 5, so that the mark 6 exists in the mark 5, and the alignment by visual observation is easily performed.
