Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To reduce a facility cost to a large degree for a cryogenic utilization device of LNG. CONSTITUTION:The gaseous layer in an LNG tank 1 and the gaseous layer of a sub cooling regenerative agent tank 8 are connected together by a pressure governing line 10, and the inside of the tank 8 is prevented from being pressurized negative by leading a BOG generated in the LNG tank 1 into the sub cooling regenerative agent tank 8. Since the inside of the sub cooling regenerative agent tank 8 is prevented from being pressurized negative by the BOG generated in the LNG tank 1, a conventional negative pressure prevention device is no more necessary for the sub cooling regenerative agent tank 8, and the facility cost can thus be reduced to a large degree.
