Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a carbon-filled resin composition having a low volume resistivity and being usable for electromagentic shielding by mixing a polyoxyalkylene bisphenol ether with a thermoplastic resin and mixing the obtained mixture with carbon or the like treated with a phosphoric ester surfactant under heating. CONSTITUTION:When a thermoplastic resin is filled with carbon or graphitized carbon, the resin is mixed with a polyoxyalkylene bisphenol ether of formula I [wherein A is ethylene, propylene or butylene; R is C(CH3)2, CH2, SO2 or C(CF3)2; X is H or halogen; and n+m=2-20], and the resulting mixture is filled with (graphitized) carbon treated with phosphoric mono-and/or di-esters of formulas II and/or III (wherein R1 is 4-24C alkyl, alkenyl or alkylphenyl; and B is ethyl or propyl) to produce a carbon-filled thermoplastic resin having a low volume resistivity and being usable for electromagnetic shielding.
