Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To secure the safety at the time of lamp replacement, and also to miniaturize both the transformer of a power circuit and the device itself. CONSTITUTION:A lamp replacement door 24 to which a heat sink 23 is fixed is fittedly fixed to a light source device 21 by means of a fitting screw 25. The side part of a lamp house 26 is provided with a sliding electrode part 27 that slides so as to be capable of being brought into contact with the heat sink 23. By tightening the fitting screw 25, the electrode sliding member 32 of a sliding electrode part 27 is pressed, and thereby, the electrode 28 connected to a lamp lighting circuit is slid, so that the contact part 28a is abutted on the heat sink 23. Thus, the heat sink 23 is electrically connected with the lamp lighting circuit.
