Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the early breakage of a comblike scraping part far before the material life of the comblike part to scrape the formed noodle strings from the tooth grooves of a cutting blade roll of a cutting roll apparatus for slitting various kinds of noodle strips and forming a number of noodle strings. CONSTITUTION:A noodle string scraper is made to contact with each tooth groove 3 of a pair of slitting tooth rolls to peel the noodle string from the groove. Each edge groove 3 is provided with a block scraper contacting with the slitting tooth roll at the back of the noodle string scraper relative to the rotating direction of each roll.
