Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To improve the detection reliability of a sound signal by detecting an inserted discrimination signal and controlling the processing system of the reproduced sound signal. CONSTITUTION: At the time of reproducing the sound signal, sound signal information recorded in a magnetic tape 10 by a PCM signal processing system and an AFM signal processing system are picked up through a sound reproduction head 11b, are amplified in a preamplifier 12b and are inputted to filters 13a and 13b. Only the signal within the frequency range of a prescribed band in the amplified signal is made to pass through and the signals passing through the filters 13a and 13b attenuating the signals are inputted to a PCM demodulator 15 and an AFM demodulator 17. At that time, a discrimination code detection circuit 40 detects a discrimination code while a video signal is reproduced. Thus, the sound signal which is reproduced at present is learnt to be recorded by the PCM signal processing system. When an envelope is detected from an envelope detector 16, the sound signal which is reproduced at present is known to be recorded by the AFM signal processing system. |
