AUTOMATIC RESERVATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To automatically cope with a case wherein a reserving person is absent when service is offered by increasing and displaying the reservation order of other process objects in order by ignoring the reservation order of a process object corresponding to process incompletion information after the process schedule time of the process object is elapsed. CONSTITUTION:When the reserving person does not appear, a process field of a reservation table is set to 'unprocessed' and when the medical examination expected time of the reserving person is not elapsed, a flag showing a reservation is set in the process field of the reserving person in the reservation table; and the order and name of the reserving person following the reserving person whose flag is set are increased and displayed at the display part 32 of a hospital visitor accepting machine 3 and after the examination of the reserving person ends, the order and name of the reserving person in the order where the flag is set are displayed again. Further, when the current time is after the medical examination expected time, the order and name of the reserving person in next order are increased and displayed while the process field of the reservation table corresponding to the order and name of the reserving person who does not appear are still set to 'unprocessed' as it is.
