Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To attain easily aligning the axial center of a gas bag to the axial center of a pipe and to attain easily performing sure seal. CONSTITUTION:In a gas interrupting device having a gas bag 6 and a fluid supply/discharge means for supplying expanding fluid to and discharging it from the gas bag 6 to interrupt a pipe by inflating the gas bag 6 in the pipe, the gas interrupting device is constituted by providing a plurality of the gas bags 6 along the lengthwise direction of a bar-shaped member in the vicinity of a point end of the almost straight linear bar-shaped member 7 and by providing the fluid supply/discharge means 13 capable of particularly supplying/ discharging the expanding fluid respectively in a plurality of the gas bags 6.
