CONSTITUTION:In a gas interrupting device for interrupting piping by supplying expanding fluid to a gas bag 6 to inflate it, a supporting means 7 for supporting the gas bag 6 to a fixed position of the pipe to a supply side of the expanding fluid is provided, and also providing emergency interrupting fluid supply means 13b, 14a, 14b capable of supplying emergency interrupting fluid, preventing gas in the pipe from passing between the gas bag 6 and the pipe and from leaking out to a gas bag supporting side, in the vicinity of a pipe internal location of supporting the gas bag 6.
