PURPOSE:To prevent non-priority functions from completely stopping, by distrib uting electrical supply in accordance with priorities within the range of allow able electric capacity, when electric supply to a plurality of heaters are simulta neously required. CONSTITUTION:When a drying electric heater 6 is operated for local drying for instance, a hot water heater 5 is requested to operate for heating washing water or retaining the temperature. In this case, the electric supply to the drying heater 6 is distributed prior to others and intermittently distributed to the hot water heater 5 to heat or retain the heat the washing water simultaneously while providing the drying function. When requested to conduct electricity to the hot water heater 5 or the drying heater 6 during heating a room with hot air, the distribution of electric supply is continued to the air heater 7 to prevent the room temperature from lowering greatly. In this time, the electric power is supplied within an allowable electric power range in the gross power consumption including other heaters 5, 6. In this way, most necessary function can be output fully even while using, a pleasant circumstance can be ensured.
