CONSTITUTION:Plural plasma flames are generated by plural plasma torches 2 and 2', the raw material is introduced into the high-temp. part of the plasma flames F and F' or a part of the plasma flame, the plural flames are superimposed or kept out of contact with each other, the vapors, clusters or superfine particles of the raw materials are brought into contact with one another, and the uniformly mixed or composited superfine particles are obtained.
