Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To obtain a light-weight press molded article of cement having high strength by blending cement with sand, silas balloon and specific reinforcing fibers. CONSTITUTION:This fiber-reinforced press molded article of cement comprises 100 pts.wt. cement, to >2vol.% based on the press molded article of cement as the total amounts. The glass fibers and the reinforcing fibers except the glass fibers are preferably alkali-resistant fibers. The ratio of the alkali-resistant fibers except the glass fibers among the reinforcing fibers is preferably 50-80wt.%. Vinlon(R) fibers, aramid fibers and carbon fibers are preferable as the alkali-resistant fibers except the glass fibers.
