WINDSHIELD WIPER CONTROLLER FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE:To provide an automatic car wiper driving controller which is able to speedily cope with even to different cars and/or different drivers. CONSTITUTION:An IC card is inserted into a card insert port, while individual identification information is read at a card data input-output unit, discriminating a driver, and further a learning program stored in a random access memory of the card is read too. In this learning program, a standard program set up so as to make a windshield wiper operate under the specified car traveling environment, but this learning program is formed after compensating the operating timing and intermittent operating interval of the wiper at the time when an owner of the IC card manually operates a wiper switch. In addition, the learning program is compensated in response to the wiper operating timing done by the manual operation, rainfall data, illuminance data and car speed data, and this compensated program is inputted into the IC card for storage.
