CONSTITUTION:A part of a frier vessel 1 is formed by a heat resistance insulating plate 7, a coil 3A is disposed outside the plate, and a heated body 2A is disposed inside the plate, whereby sudden cooling at the time of throwing in cooking material is prevented by keeping the heated body 2A from a cage 4 (or cooking material). The heated body 2A is fitted to the frier vessel 1 or removably fitted thereto by bolts, nuts or the like so as to facilitate cleaning.
