Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent saturation on account of the fluctuation of a load circuit in a transistor causing bias current to flow into the load circuit. CONSTITUTION:When the load of the load circuit B connected to a transistor Q2 changes in accordance with a temperature change and the variance of a constitution element and the collector potential VC2 of the transistor Q2 rises, load current 12 is controlled by current I4 flowing in a transistor Q4 and the collector potential VC2 of the transistor Q2 is prevented from becoming higher than the base potential VB of the transistors Q1 and Q2. Thus, the saturation of the transistor Q2 can be prevented.
