Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain such a structure that a parts fixing tool does not fall down even when the screws fixing the component fixing tool are removed. CONSTITUTION:A component fixing tool 1 has tapped holes 5 on both sides and fixed to a plate, etc., (fixing section) with screws screwed in the holes 5. In case the fixing section made of a plate, etc., is a metallic one at the time of attaching a power supply cord, a sheet 2 is provided for insulating the fixing section and tapped holes 6 are formed on both sides of the sheet 2. Then the sheet 2 is fixed by inserting the front end of a clip base section 3 provided at the center of the sheet 2 into the plate, etc. The component fixing tool 1 on the top and sheet 2 on the bottom respectively have teeth 7 so as to fix cords having diameters smaller than a prescribed inside diameter with the teeth 7.
