Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To provide a device which is simple in structure, has no problem in durability, suffers no trouble due to the surface conditions of roads, and therefore is excellent in reliability. CONSTITUTION:An acceleration sensor 6 is mounted onto a car body 2 to detect the oscillation frequency of the carbody 2 using the sensor 6, and the detected frequency is given to a microcomputer 8, so that the computer 8 allows the damping force of an oil damper for a coil spring 4 to decreased in response to the input of high car body oscillation frequency from the acceleration sensor 6 when a vehicle is light in weight, and also controls the damping force of the oil damper 5 to be increased in response to the input of low car body oscillation frequency when the vehicle is heavy in weight.
