Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To limit friction wear, which is caused by the back-and-forth motion of a roller tappet of a cam drive guided in an engine housing to easily replaced pump parts. CONSTITUTION: A roller tappet 19 is guided in a slide sleeve 29 which can be directed between the roller tappet and a housing 1 of an internal combustion engine. The slide sleeve can be inserted into a housing bore 2, and secured on a pump body 3 so that it cannot rotate relatively. For the purpose of surrounding a restoring spring 17 and a part of a pump body 3 to secure the rotational position of the roller tappet 19 relative to a cam drive 15 in the slide sleeve 29, the slide sleeve 29 has a pin-groove coupling portion with the roller tappet 19.
