METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING POLE

PURPOSE:To facilitate construction of a pole form by anybody. CONSTITUTION:Columnar packing 1, having an internal space 2 previously formed therein to correspond to the outer form of a pole is covered with a cylindrical shell 3 at its outer surface to constitute a form and the packing 1 is supported by means of the tensile force of the shell 3 against internal pressure exerted when concrete is poured. Even with previously constructed reinforcement A, the internal space 2 for placing pole concrete can readily be formed and removal of the form is simplified at the same time. Removal of the form is facilitated by applying a concrete release agent to the inner surface of the internal space 2. Reinforcing is facilitated by binding the shell 3 with a band 4. The shell 3 is formed by securing opposite gutter-like members of semicircular cross section to each other by means of a fixture 10 or by pivotally attaching one of the members and allowing the other to be freely attached and removed, and then the advantages of the vertically split packing 1 are fully exhibited and the form can readily be used in constructing the pole of the same outer shape.
