Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To form orifices of an ink nozzle by utilizing the mask laser ablation method. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle with a plurality of orifices 17 is formed of a flexible polymer tape 18, and respective orifices 17 are formed into the tapered ink jet orifices having the ink inlet diameter smaller than the ink outlet diameter by the laser emission utilizing the mask laser ablation method. The orifices 17 thus formed are provided with high accuracy and strong corrosion resistance. Also an advantage for manufacturing inexpensively a product of high freedom of shape is provided.
