Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition which does not undergo any decrease in modulus even when exposed to, e.g. a chlorofluorocarbon used as a blowing agent for a heat-insulation material and is excellent in sheet appearance, stress cracking resistance, etc., by mixing a specified aromatic vinyl resin with a specified processing stabilizer in a specified ratio. CONSTITUTION:This resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. rubber-modified aromatic vinyl resin composed of 5-40 pts.wt. rubbery polymer and 95-60 pts.wt. monomer component comprising 40-70wt.% aromatic vinyl compound, 60-30wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 0-10wt.% other copolymerizable monomers, wherein the grafting ratio of the graft component in grafting the monomer component onto the rubbery polymer is 10-150%, and the matrix component which comprises a (co)polymer of the ungrafted monomer component has a specified intrinsic viscosity, and 0.05-5 pts.wt. processing stabilizer of the formula (wherein R1 is H or CH3; R3 is t-butyl or t-amyl; and R2 is CH3 or R ).
