Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To stably and continuously form panel material having the predetermined dimensions by a method wherein an extrusion process, a laminating process, a pressure contacting process and a separating process are provided. CONSTITUTION:In an extrusion molder 1, an end platen 2 and a cylinder platen 3, the flat surfaces of both of which are disposed in upright on a machine base so as to be opposite to each other and four corners of both the platens are connected to each other with columns 4. A cross head 7 fixed to the tips of plungers 6, which are moved back and forth by the hydraulic pressure or the like of a plurality of main cylinders 5 fixed on the cylinder platen 3, is moved back and forth along the columns 4 through the backward and forward motions of the plungers 6. Thus, by passing the laminated material 70a between a plurality of pressure roll pairs 65a and 65b, the gap between the upper and lower rollers of each pair of which is set to be constant, the laminate is formed with the pressure rolls so as to be expanded to both the feeding direction of the laminated material 70a and its width direction to the size of a form. After the passing through the pressure rolls, the resultant or rolled and pressure- contact panel material is conveyed to the following process for the continuous forming of the panel material concerned. |
