At the time of manufacturing such a long fiber tow filled body, at first, a long fiber tow 14 is passed through the straight guide bars 1-5 to be expanded and then supplied to back, second, and front pressure rollers 6a, 6b, 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b. Subsequently, a part of the fiber expanded tow is cut at random by a cutting device 10, and then charged in a permeable mold 13 by a filling nozzle 13.
