Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To decrease the influence of water absorbed in bittern on the salt component by applying a proper treatment to the bittern to be compounded to food salt. CONSTITUTION:The powdery fixed bittern is produced by making bittern absorbed and fixed to powder of a food or food additive containing fine pores. A bittern-containing food salt having high bittern content and improved flowability can be produced by this process.
