Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To base a cable by easily avoiding even a large obstacle at the time of stretching the cable. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises a pair of arms 32, 33 capable of opening/ closing and formed in a half-split type with each bottom end respectively turnably supported by an upper end of a frame 31, pair of link mechanisms 34, 35 respectively interposed between the frame and each arm bottom end to open/close these arms and a pair of actuators 36, 37 interposed between the frame and each link mechanism to individually drive these link mechanisms. Further, the device is provided with a pair of clamping mechanisms 50, 60 arranged in each upper end of each arm to separately removably chuck a cable attachment, connected to the point end of a cable to be stretched, and further capable of reholding the cable attachment each other.
