Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To implement de-interleaving in a proper timing by generating a switching signal with a time limit circuit when R/W changeover of a memory is delayed due to cell abort so as to select the memory forcibly. CONSTITUTION:Cell data having a sequence number are fetched and monitored by a sequence number detection circuit 10, and when a sequence number is changed, a switching signal is sent and an R/W switching signal generating circuit 17 implements R/W changeover. However, when the R/W circuit is delayed due to cell abort or a cell delay fluctuation, a time limit circuit 11 generates forcibly a switching signal to select the memory. After the circuit 11 generates forcibly the switching signal, to eliminate an excess control signal outputted from the circuit 10, a duplication prevention circuit is used, which consists of a JKFF12, and AND gates 13, 14, 16. Thus, de-interleaving is implemented in a proper timing.
