CONSTITUTION:A mixture of a thermoplastic resin such as polypropylene with a filler is molded into hollow like and is drawn in an axial direction by 1.0-4 times linear drawing magnification at a following temp. (T1 deg.C) where T1 deg.C has a connection expressed by the inequality, Ts-110
