Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To remove an electrical resistance increasing factor in a connecting part between a wire rod and a terminal. CONSTITUTION:A litz wire 2 and a terminal 4 of the same construction material are loaded on a base stand 1, and inactive gas is supplied to these litz wire 2 and terminal 4 by a gas supply device 9. A light energy radiating device 10 condenses light from a xenon lamp 11 by a reflecting mirror 12, and radiates it to the litz wire 2 and the terminal 4. Thereby, the connecting part periphery between the litz wire 2 and the terminal 4 is melted by light radiation from the light energy radiating device 10. At this time, the inside of the litz wire 2 is buried by the same construction material, and the outer periphery of the litz wire 2 and the terminal 4 are melted and solidified by both of them.
