Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce pulse loss of a connection section in the fluctuating magnetic field while keeping Joule's heat in a stationary magnetic field at the level not hindering the operation of a superconducting magnet. CONSTITUTION:High-resistance layers 31 made of a material having the electrical resistivity higher than that of solder 4 are provided on the outer peripheries of strands 2 of a connection section so that the coupling current flowing between the strands 2 during the pulse operation is reduced.
