Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To uniquely and efficiently prepare a hierarchized data flow chart used for the structure analyzing method of a job system based on a job flow chart. CONSTITUTION:A noticed job is selected from the job flow chart (step 100) and a job generating data used for this noticed job and a job using data prepared from this noticed job are extracted as job patterns corresponding to this noticed job (step 101.) Then, a local data flow chart is prepared for each job pattern according to preceding relation between respective jobs (step 103.) Processes having the same name are regarded as the same process, input/output objects having the same system element are regarded as the same object, all the local data flow charts are unified into one sheet of data flow chart (step 104) and one unified data flow chart is hierarchized into high-order and low- order flow charts (step 105).
