AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To prevent a decrease in performance and a decrease in a life occurring due to adherence of oil to a deodorizing filter by disposing the filter at an interval to an oil filter. CONSTITUTION:When a cooling or heating motion is conducted, oil mist drifted in a kitchen room is collected by an oil filter 9a, fed under pressure by a blower 8, cooled by a heat exchanger 6 at the time of cooling, heated at the time of heating, and then diffused from an air diffuser 3. Offensive odor collected by the filter 9a at this time is decomposed by chemical reaction by a deodorizing filter 9b, and the offensive odor in the air is removed. Since the filter 9b is disposed at an interval from the filter 9a, oil collected to the filter 9a is scarcely transmitted to the filter 9b. Thus, a decrease in performance of the filter 9b and a decrease in life can be prevented.
