Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To stably and surely couple a connecting body and a connected body even when they are in an unstable state in a fitting/removing device capable of moving the connecting body holding the end section of a pipe on the feed source side near to or far from the connected body on the fed side. CONSTITUTION:A fluid cylinder 9 is fitted to a connecting body 4, a pin member 12 is arranged at the tip of the piston rod 9b of the fluid cylinder 9, an insertion hole 6a through which the pin member 12 can be inserted or removed is formed on a connected body 6, and the inserting/removing direction of the pin member 12 is made perpendicular to the moving direction of the piston rod 9b of the fluid cylinder 9. The piston rod 9b of the fluid cylinder 9 is protruded to insert the pin member 12 into the insertion hole 6a, then the piston rod 9b is retreated, and the connecting body 4 is moved near to the connected body 6 and coupled.
