CONSTITUTION:A steel framed large beam 3 is joined diagonally to a square pipe column steel frame 1 including a column panel zone on the inner tensile forces on the beam 3 can be smoothly transmitted to the column steel frame 1 without using a diaphragm, and hence construction is simplified and materials are saved and further construction period can be made shorter.
